Funeral services for Ms. Sharon Ruth Sadler will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, Louisiana with Reverends Steve Skull and John Sadler officiating. Interment will be in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery, Pineville, Louisiana, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Ms. Sadler, age 70, of Pineville, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at her residence.

She was a native of Lone Pine. She was a member of Open Door Community Church, Deville, Louisiana. She enjoyed working in her flower beds.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Talmage and Ola B. Sadler.

She is survived by one daughter, Dana Sayer Thornhill ( Richard) of Pineville, Louisiana; two brothers, Darrell “Bo” Sadler (Evelyn “Tootsie”) of Lone Pine, Louisiana; Roger Sadler (Olive) of Livonia, Louisiana; one sister, Joy Carter (Buddy) of Westlake, Louisiana; numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Terry Sadler, David Sadler, John Sadler, Garland Ryder, Ken Jenkins, Jeremy Book and John “Bubba” Dalme; honorary pallbearers will be Bruce Sadler, Mike Luddy, Michael Dalme, Keith Sayer and Jerry Ryland.

Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
