Shirley Durison Sears

Funeral services for Ms. Shirley Durison Sears will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Hemphill Star Baptist Church, Cotile, Louisiana with Rev. Webb Robinson officiating under the direction of Rush Funeral Home.

Ms. Sears, age 62, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Christus St. Francis Cabrini.

Ms. Sears is preceded by her parents, Leroy and Joyce Durison, and son, James Bordelon.

She is survived by her spouse Roger Vercher of Gardner; two sons, Carlos Allen Pickering ( Melissa Ann) of Gardner and Charles Timothy Pickering of Gardner; two daughters, Cindy Dubea ( Jeffrey) of Otis, Louisiana and Vinnie Gayle Smith ( Ronnie ) of Otis, Louisiana; five brothers, Roy Durison of Otis, Louisiana, Bobby Durison of Otis, Louisiana, Henry Durison of Otis, Louisiana, Billy Durison of Gardner, Louisiana and Jimmy Lee Durison of Gardner, Louisiana; two sisters, Nancy Pickering of Otis, Louisiana and Linda Durison of Gardner, Louisiana; four grandchildren, Shane Durison, Cody Pickering, Jessica Pickering and Devin Norris;one great grandchild, Savannah Pickering; also survived by her 15 loving dogs.

Friends may call at the Church on Monday, June 25, 2012 from 12:00 p.m until time of service on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
